Description
General Statement: Advanced Physical Therapy is expanding! We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our new Kyle clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on patient care while working autonomously in a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in evaluating and treating patients with chronic pain conditions (back/neck pain, fibromyalgia, multiple joint pain) with a treatment focus on manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and pain management techniques. The clinic also receives therapy referrals for postoperative therapy, orthopedic/sports med conditions, neurological conditions and more. The physical therapist will work closely with referring community-based healthcare providers, Advanced Pain Care providers, and the neuromodulation team by communicating patient concerns and providing patient updates.
The ability to work independently and manage your own caseload in a solo practice environment is fundamental. The physical therapist must also have strong communication skills to educate and motivate patients as well as to communicate regularly with the off-site Director of Therapy regarding patient care and clinic operations.
Compassionate care and the flexibility to adjust treatment based on how the patient feels are essential to this job, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and empathetic support for their unique needs.
Therapy sessions are based on a 1-on-1 patient-focused approach, with one-hour long appointments, typically 8 patients/day volume. No weekends are required.
If you're passionate about helping chronic pain sufferers regain mobility and improve the quality of their lives and are ready to take on a rewarding role in a growing clinic, we encourage you to apply!
